As someone born and raised in the heart of Dalat, my soul is woven into its winding lanes and intersections without traffic lights. I remember my younger self wandering freely across verdant hills, gazing at the ancient pines standing tall in the distance. As the inevitable tide of urban development transforms ‘Old Dalat’ into the ‘New Dalat’ I find myself carrying a complex tapestry of emotions: a blend of quiet joy and a gentle, bittersweet nostalgia.

Driven by a desire to honor my roots, I created Mùa to tell the story of Dalat through its unique landscape and shifting skies. Our architecture featuring thick stone, natural wood and local rustic elements is a tribute to our heritage. We invite you to experience our wellness philosophy: a harmonious blend of healing and nutrition, where wild highland greens are transformed by French cooking techniques into a truly unique culinary experience.
